Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Pozool Stays. By using the service, you agree to these terms and represent that you are authorized to use the service on behalf of your company or organization.
Service Description
Pozool Stays provides software tools for property operations, including listings, reservations, guests, payments, transactions, tenants, contracts, maintenance, vendors, inventory, tasks, calendars, reports, and related workflows. Features may change as the service evolves.
Accounts and Responsibilities
Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, maintaining accurate records, assigning appropriate access, and using the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the data entered into the service.
Customer Data
You retain responsibility for property, guest, tenant, financial, contract, and operational data entered into Pozool Stays. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide that data and to allow us to process it for service operation, support, security, and improvement.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service operation, upload malicious content, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, violate applicable law, or use the service to infringe the rights or privacy of others.
Financial and Operational Records
Pozool Stays may help track payments, rental payments, transactions, cost centers, and reports, but it is not a bank, accounting firm, legal advisor, tax advisor, or payment processor unless expressly stated in a separate agreement. You are responsible for reviewing records and making business, tax, accounting, and legal decisions.
Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed for maintenance, security, compliance, or product development.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pozool Stays is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if continued access creates security, operational, or legal risk. Certain data may be retained after termination when needed for legal, accounting, security, or operational purposes.
